Job Descriptions

Here are two types of job descriptions that I would like to find after my studies.

Direction of Sales and Marketing - Marriott International - Middle East and Africa (Dubai)

Missions

- Leader of the property’s sales department for properties with bookings over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue
- Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts
- Provides day to day leadership to sales associates
- Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives
- Evaluates the property’s participation in the various sales channels (
- Develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market the property
- Manages the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives.

Profile

- 4 year college degree.
- Demonstrated skills in supervising a team.
- Lodging sales experience.
- Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.

Director Communication - Le Royal Monceau (Paris)

Missions

- Develop sales and marketing tools
- Creation of promotional package
- Responsible of the management of the hotel website
- Elaborate a communication action plan
- Organisation of public events
- Writing of online articles

Profile

- at least 4 years studies
- 3 to 5 years similar experience in a luxury hotel or in an international envirnment
